FRED’S RESTAURANT & CULINARY CENTER
This space will be a full-service restaurant for paying customers, plus a teaching space where Fred and our future skilled graduate culinary chefs will teach impoverished youth and adults a variety of skills including nutrition, safe food preparation, customer service, and other related skills that can help them acquire jobs in our restaurant or elsewhere in the food service sector.
There is a broad range of essential items that will directly benefit the young entrepreneurs who will call the center their home. By helping us acquire these items, you will show these young individuals that their dreams are worth supporting. The amounts listed are not requirements for your gifts. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in the lives of our young entrepreneurs.
